Our dashboard provides you with a view of Year-to-date and Month-to-date values of open, closed and overdue invoices.
In addition to providing item cost, quantity and custom fields. Assign an invoice to an already created client or create new clients right from the invoice addition. Add as many invoice items you need. The main invoice screen will provide a way to search for invoices based on dates, clients or invoice status.
Custom fields provide extra fields related to your industry. When cost and quantity arent enough, add your own custom fields. These are placed for each invoice item.
Add payments to your invoices and keep track of when they are paid and the amount. The payments will be tied to an invoice and provide remaining and paid values. Also, you may add any comments for each payment made (good idea for check numbers).
Manage your clients contact information. Also, the main clients screen provides a quick way to search for clients based on contact names, phone, email or company name.
Email, Fax or Save
Email or Fax invoices to your clients or save them as pdf documents. When using email you may provide a custom message as well as include multiple recipients.
